Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and usually arrive within 7–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, your location and peak seasons.

Holiday season 2026

From mid-November through December, carriers handle much higher volumes and delivery can take up to 15 business days. To receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 1. Orders placed after that date will ship as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Packaging

Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so packaging may vary and orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll help you right away.
